It is time for women
to sow the seeds
the seeds of their childhood dreams, their hearts longing and their future.
It is time for women to grieve
to grieve, and lament all that has gone before them –
the sorrow, the hidden hurts, the stories left behind.
It is time for women to heal
to heal their inner forests of all that has been felled and destroyed - felled by hurt,
loss, pain, fear, addictions, shame, anxieties and expectations.
It is time for women to be heard
to hear the ancient wisdom of their fore-mothers and fathers
the healers and wise ones of ages past.

I have done many of Sam’s women’s workshops over the years and last year did a full circle of Sam’s seasonal equinox and solstice workshops. They have been so powerful for me in bringing wisdom, knowledge and guidance to my states of being… I love following the seasons and really feeling into where I am at, and how I can honour both the season externally and internally as well, bringing a beautiful awareness to what I am feeling and experiencing with the seasonal shifts.
