where the masks and facades,
pressures and shackles of daily life
give way
to meditation and journeying,
healing and sound,
sacred silence and profound sharing.

My Sacred Circles are a places where women come
to remember and to heal
to listen and to share,
to witness and to be witnessed
to heal and to become empowered.

We live in a world of machines and pollution,
of the illusive carrot and industrialisation,
of the false gods of addiction, fake power and greed;

We live in a world where social media has made a mockery of connecting,
and “expectations” of how we are meant to live are laying heavily upon our shoulders.

These courses invite you to connect
connect to a more meaningful world -
where nature and spirit,
life, death and rebirth
become our teachers in a way that
empowers and uplifts
heals and invites a deeper and more meaningful way of living

    A year and a day deep immersion into the self.

    The Immrama is a life-changing
    earth based year-and-a-day spiritual mentoring program

    for those that know that NOW is the time to sail beyond the boundaries of their mind
    to meet the Wisdoms of their HEART.
