meet a healing ancestor from both your male and female lineage heal on a cellular level
understand the patterns and shackles of your lineage and how to heal them
transform your once thought of patterns into “treasures” of great understanding and empowerment
appreciate the positive qualities/ethos systems of each lineage and learn how to integrate them into your own life
embody your peronal gifts with that of your ancestors
