In Sacred Circle you will be encouraged to uncover your hidden wisdom

as you travel beyond time and space into realms of Unconditional Healing, Love and Personal Power
as you access the Sacred Silence Within
as you become more connected to the Great Spirit, your Guides and Helpers and to Mother Earth
as you befriend and shape-shift amongst the Elements of Wind, Earth, Fire and Water
as you connect, heal and learn from your ancestors, allowing the sacred medicine of their wisdom to come forth as ancient patterns are released and forgiveness is allowed
as you meet with like minded soul friends, where you can share, grow, empower and heal
as you release pain, stress, anxiety and personally heal dis-ease
as you release the chatter of the mind, the stress of the day and the worries of tomorrow
as you become more aware of living in duality and balance and how the exquisiteness of this balance creates a true home for your Spirit

Welcome F.O.L.K.S™

I welcome you to F.O.L.K.S – (Friday nights Our Lives Konnect Spiritually) – a monthly Friday night gathering of like minded folk who are authentic in their quest for a deeper connection to Spirit, to the Earth, to their life vision and to their own healing journey.

At F.O.L.K.S. sacred space is created where the masks, facards, pressures and shackles of daily life are given way to meditation, journeying, healing, drumming, trance dancing, shapeshifting, sharing, prayer and sacred silence.

F.O.L.K.S invites you:

to Remember who you really are
to Gather in sacred community to listen, to share, to heal and to become empowered
to Connect to your spiritual guides and helpers, to your inner truth and souls landscape
to Heal past pain, hurt and genetic patterning so that your truth can grow in a way that empowers, liberates and fulfils.
to Commit to your own personal healing and transformation in a sacred and held space

When we are given the space to connect to our own truth and personal essence we allow our Light to shine, our souls garden to grow and our dreams to manifest.
